Shipping & Return Policy
Your order will ship within approximately 2 - 3 business days once payment clears (depending on the shipping method you select). Orders placed prior 5:00 pm (EST) will be processed that day. If placed after 5:00 pm (EST), allow an additional day for processing. Please keep in mind US holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating your shipping times.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, carrier delays, inclement weather, or natural disasters. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please feel free to contact us.
Each order is shipped via USPS to the address you provide. Tracking numbers will be sent to your email address as soon as soon as your shipping label is created. If you do not receive your tracking number, please let us know. Use your USPS tracking number to track when your package in transit.
Note: Incomplete or incorrect address information is the prime cause for shipment delays. Please check your address information before placing your order. Make sure you include ALL the important information (address, apartment number, etc.) needed to deliver your package. P.O. Boxes will not be accepted as a shipping address. Your shipping address MUST match your billing address. If additional information is need to verify your credit purchase we will send a follow up email.
To avoid problems with missing shipments and fraud we ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. This means a signature will be required in order to obtain your delivered package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package which may include leaving a notice of their attempts to deliver to the address given and/or a telephone call for pick-up to arrange an alternate delivery. It is our customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. Hair De La Creme will not issue a refund for refused or abandoned shipments.
If you tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery or it has been lost in transit please contact us immediately by email. We will contact USPS to initiate a trace for your package and start an investigation which can take up to 8-10 business days. If USPS determines your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending their investigation results. If your product comes returned to us as "undeliverable", we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE
Due to the nature of our products, and federal health regulations, all purchases of our hair extensions are final sale. Hair De La Creme does not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. If you believe that you received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will NOT allow exchanges if the item has ANY signs of being worn (i.e. brushed, fingered through, washed, cut, combed, or taken out of the bundle. Our hair each bundle undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure every customer receives only the best virgin hair. INCORRECT ORDERS / PRODUCTS
In rare occurrences a delay or mistake can happen on our end. We will make every effort to correct this error. If we shipped the wrong item or if something is missing, we will re-ship your item at our expense using the same method of shipping as your original order. We advise you notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receipt of your shipment.
